Fashion magnate and entrepreneur Richard Caring has acquired London restaurant Gilgamesh, in Camden Market. He is also at the centre of an ongoing row over his controversial plans to redevelop the famous market, beginning next month. Musician Graham Coxon, one of the celebrity protestors, says the Stables Market redevelopment will ruin its character with “Starbucks coffee houses and Carphone Warehouses”.
