Honest Burgers, the Active Private Equity-backed group, has appointed Gaucho’s Gary Mann as chief financial officer.
Mann, who is currently finance & commercial director across Gaucho and its sister brand, CAU, is expected to join Honest in February.
The group’s commercial director Harald Samuelsson told MCA: “We are delighted to welcome Gary, who is bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise as we continue our growth strategy.”
Mann took up his current role in September 2013 but has worked for Gaucho for nine years in total.
The currently 16-strong group has several openings lined up for the next few months, including the former White Rabbit site in Dalston, Paddington Street, Southwark Street and its first regional site - in Reading’s King Street.
