The Ivy Collection, the fast-growing, Richard Caring-backed group, has appointed Mel Hutcheon, formerly of Belstaff and Top Shop, as its new marketing director, MCA understands.
Hutcheon joins the 26-strong Ivy Collection, which opened its latest site in Brighton yesterday, from fashion retailer Belstaff, where she spent nearly four years as its global marketing director.
Previous to that she spent three years as global marketing manager at Top Shop.
She joins the Ivy Collection as its gears up to open a further four sites in St Albans, Winchester, Norwch and Dublin.
The company also has sites lined up in Exeter, Canary Wharf, Glasgow, Cardiff, Leeds and Oxford.
