Greene King has appointed Charlie Gale as investment director for its Premium, Urban and Venture Brands division.
Gale was previously investment manager at Star Pubs & Bars and will join Greene King in the new year.
Commenting on his appointment and his time at Star Pubs, on LinkedIn, Gale said: “I’ve had a great five years, working with some fantastic people, delivering a broad programme of investments and constantly learning.
“I now have a couple of weeks holiday to relax and spend some quality time with the kids before I start my next challenge with Greene King.”
Earlier this week, MCA reported that Karen Bosher is to step down from her role as MD of Premium, Urban and Venture at Greene King.
She has worked at the pub company and brewer for the past 10 years and leaves to pursue other interests.
