Fuller’s has appointed Sam Bourke as its new retail marketing director, as it looks to improve the business’ existing brand, digital and in-pub marketing activity.

Bourke will join the business on 28 November from her current role as marketing director at sushi and bento brand Wasabi.

She has held several other senior roles in the licensed retail sector, including marketing roles at The Restaurant Group and ETM Group.

Bourke is also a non-executive director at Wireless Social.

Simon Emeny, chief executive at Fuller’s, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Sam to the team. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge of hospitality retail marketing and a laser-like focus on the consumer. She will be a great cultural fit and I’m excited to see how she develops our marketing in the coming months.”
