D&D London has appointed Michael Clark, formerly of The Ivy Collection, as operations director.
Clark held the same role at Richard Caring’s group, where he spent nearly four years.
Before that he was managing director at The Swan at the Globe, and general manager at three-Michelin star restaurant Sketch London.
He previously did a stint at D&D in 2005-2007, as GM of Le Pont de la Tour and Sartoira.
Clark also managed Coq d’Argent in 2000-2004 when it came under Conran Restaurants.
