ASK Italian, the Azzurri Group-owned chain, has promoted Jan Dalton to the role of operations director.
Dalton has been with the 113-strong brand since the start of 2009, and has been its head of operations since July 2012. He joined the then Gondola-owned chain from Starbucks.
He will continue to report into ASK managing director Harry Heeley.
