Peter Casey has stepped down as chief operating officer at Carluccio’s after less than a year in the role, MCA understands.
Chris Poole, who is currently central operations director will take on the role of director of operations in the medium term.
Casey joined the group in June last year from SSP, where he had spent two years as chief operating officer for the UK & Ireland.
It is the latest senior change for the company, which appointed Mark Jones as chief executive at the start of this year, with Andrew Campbell joining as chief financial officer.
Jones told MCA: “Peter has had a real impact on the business over the past 10 months, bringing structure and controls to Carluccio’s restaurants, which will help set us up for success in the future.
“I would like to thank Peter for his hard work and I wish him every success for the future.”
