Alan Yau, creator of Wagamama, will open Yauatcha, in a former Post Office in Soho, in the West End of London, at the end of this month.
It will include a pastry shop and a basement serving dim sum until midnight seven days a week.
A big property company in Hong Kong has approached Yau to look at a site for a possible restaurant.
