San Rocco, the Manchester-based Italian restaurant chain, is set to open its seventh site, after acquiring the former Toto Restaurante in Bury. The company, which was founded in 1971 and is led by Sergio Stefanuto, acquired the site in Walshaw Cross out of administration for £450,000. San Rocco currently operates three sites in Aston, Cheetham and Manchester under its eponymous brand, plus the Bellavista, Wine Press and Ancora restaurants in the north west.
