Rossopomodoro, the Italian restaurant chain backed by Change Capital, would consider other openings within John Lewis stores in the future and hopes to use the debut of sister brand Ham Holy Burger at the retailer’s Oxford Street shop to open more UK outlets under that concept, M&C Report has learnt
