Porky’s BBQ has converted its one remaining One Bourbon Tavern site in West Hampstead into another eponymous site.

The restaurant on West End Lane has reopened its door under the Porky’s banner, taking the concept back up to three permanent sites to join its Bankside and Camden venues.

The Memphis-style barbecue concept closed its Porky’s site in Chelsea in January 2017, and its unit at Boxpark Shoreditch at the beginning of this year.

The business had also converted its Porky’s site in Crouch End to a One Bourbon Tavern at the end of 2016, but closed it only eight months later.

At the time of its Chelsea closure, founder Simon Brigg had told MCA that he would now be concentrating on his fledging One Bourbon sister concept.

Porky’s also operates from a pop-up unit at Saracens’s rugby stadium in Hendon.
