Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) is looking to convert its Ed’s Easy Diner site in Liverpool into a Slim Chickens.
The brand, which recently announced its second site would be in Cardiff, is set to open on 52 Lord Street, according to plans submitted to the city council.
BRG secured a UK franchise deal with 70-strong Slim Chickens USA at the start of the year, launching a restaurant on James Street, Marylebone, in March.
