A new Greek restaurant partnership between Baity Kitchen of South Kensington and Ergon a Greek fine food producer is to open its first site in London’s Notting Hill.
The partnership has taken a new lease for a 15-year term at the site, which was formerly home to Costas Grill.
A premium was secured at the site at a rent of £90,000 per annum exclusive. The 2,831 sq ft A3 property is located close to Notting Hill Gate tube station and the famous Portobello Road market.
