Mint Group, the London bar operator, is believed to be in talks to buy four bars from Fuller’s, the brewer and pub operator. The sites, three of which trade under Fine Line brand, are all thought to be leasehold. Three are located in London, with the fourth situated in Bristol. Mint Group, a fledgling multiple-site operator, owns the Elk and KoKo bars as well as Infernos, the nightclub in Clapham. Both parties declined to comment on the situation. The bars in question, which were first marketed for sale by Fuller’s in September, are: The Fine Line, Clapham; The Fine Line, Bristol; The Fine Line, at The Minories (City of London); and the Hook, Line & Sinker in Twickenham.
