La Tasca has re-opened its Cardiff site following a full refurbishment of the restaurant situated in The Old Brewery Quarter.

The restaurant has been refurbished throughout, with the addition of a new Chupitos bar.

The investment and refurbishment follows a new menu launch, which saw La Tasca named as the latest organisation to join an elite group of 11 establishments to gain full gluten-free (GF) accreditation from Coeliac UK, the national charity for people with coeliac disease

The menu has more than 60 dishes and features new dishes designed by executive chef Antony Bennett who has taken inspiration from traditional Spanish tapas from his various trips to Spain.

James Picton, operations director, said: “We are delighted to have re-opened our doors to the full refurbished restaurant and bar. The site looks fantastic and I’m confident that our guests will enjoy the new and improved Spanish experience as well as, of course our brand new menu. We pride ourselves on sourcing as many ingredients as possible from regional Spanish producers, to provide the most authentic tapas, paella and other Spanish dishes. With further investment planned across a number of sites nationwide, it really is an exciting time for La Tasca.”
