Kerbisher & Malt, the London-based contemporary fish and chip shop concept, is set to double its estate over the next two months with openings in East Sheen and Clapham, M&C Report understands.
The award-winning concept, which is owned by chef Saul Reuben and entrepreneur Nick Crossley, has secured the former Fish! Kitchen site in 170 Upper Richmond Road for an opening later this month. This will be followed by an opening due next month in Abbeville Road, Clapham.
The award-winning concept opened its second site, a 60-cover restaurant and takeaway outlet opposite Ealing town hall, at the end of 2012.
The group opened its first site in 2011 in Brook Green, Hammersmith.
The concept offers a menu of both traditional and modern dishes, focused on fresh produce. It also features beers from local brewers, such as Meantime.
