Itsu, the chain founded by Julian Metcalfe and led by Gerard Loughran, has further grown its pipeline in London, after securing a site in Mayfair.
The group, which currently operates 42 site in the capital, has taken the unit at 4/5 Grosvenor Street for an opening later this spring.
It recently secured the Earl of Sandwich site on Ludgate Hill, while further openings are lined up at the Brunswick Centre, Bloomsbury and in King William Street.
The group, which secured a £14m finance deal through HSBC earlier this summer, expects to open 12 new outlets in total this year and is predicting annual turnover of £55m in its current financial year.
