Mark Fuller, the owner of the Geales fish and chip restaurant in London, is set to roll out the concept to the United Arab Emirates. The second Geales site is set to open at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa in Dubai in around October next year and will feature a 150-cover dining room, oyster and champagne bar and a 100-cover terrace. Fuller is due to run the restaurant with Garry Hollihead, his business partner and chef, and together they are also looking at opening further sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Fuller also owns The Embassy Club, which recently opened a site in Abu Dhabi, and is in discussions to launch an Embassy branded outlet in Quatar.
