Fleurets, the property agents, has announced a new management structure as it looks to modernise its business. The change sees Martin Willis and Bill Graham becoming joint managing directors, whilst Yasir Martini, becomes executive director, with a remit including the company’s PR and marketing. The company has also announced a new look and a new way of doing business. The group, which specialises in the sale of hotels, restaurants, pubs, and leisure property in the UK, has decided on the new approach following a six-month external independent review of its business practices. Richard Negus, head of the company’s restaurant division, said: “The findings highlighted many things, most notably that we operate in a fiercely competitive market, one which demands fast response and quick solution and to stay at the forefront of the trade, we recognised the need to modernise whilst holding true to our core values – integrity, client service and innovation.” Negus said that the company hoped clients would see a greater flow of data, research and greater access to the skills and experience of the Fleurets’ team. The group has also launched its own newspaper “On Market”|, which replaces “Fleurets News”.
