Flat Iron, the eight-strong steak concept backed by Piper, has stated that trading since the reopening of indoor dining on 17 May has been “above expectations.” Earlier in 2021, the company refinanced £3.2m of its existing facilities into new CBILS facilities to secure additional liquidity.
