Despite continuing offers from around the world the Michelin 3-star restaurant The Fat Duck in Bray, Berkshire, will not open branches elsewhere, says restaurant manager Tony Baker.
Baker works with celebrated chef Heston Blumenthal to run the restaurant, as well Blumenthal’s other operation at The Hind’s Head, the village inn nearby where he has created an entirely different menu.
The Fat Duck has a £4m turnover annually, while The Hind’s Head generates £2.5m.
