Pub sales agent Colliers CRE has suspended its shares from trading on the Alternative Investment Market.
Colliers, which offers estate consultancy services on commercial properties, said in a statement: "The company is currently in the closing stages of conducting a substantial re-financing, including an equity fundraising.
"The company is not in a position to release its half year results to 30 June 2009 pending conclusion of the re-financing."
