Changes to Pubs Code could undermine relationship between pubco and tenant

The British Beer & Pub Association (BBPA) has said the pandemic has demonstrated the strengths of the leased and tenanted model and that wholesale changes to the Pubs Code could undermine the relationship between pub company and tenant or lessee.
