Bristol restaurateurs Stephen and Judy Markwick have refurbished the Red Snapper restaurant in the city, renaming it Culinaria.
The menu is inspired by the classic cookery of Elizabeth David.
The couple first came to prominence with the successful restaurant Markwick’s in the city centre.
