The Blind Beggar pub in London's East End, where Ronnie Kray shot dead George Cornell nearly 40 years ago, is struggling to find a new owner.
The £70,000 lease has been on the market for five years, but new agent Christie & Co denies the pub's violent history is putting people off.
They insist the problem is the poor state of the place and the amount of money that will be needed to do it up.
