UKHospitality: ‘Businesses could see half their workforce self-isolating at once’

Hospitality businesses could see up to half of their staff needing to self-isolate at the same time if the government’s worst-case projections about the rise in case numbers are correct, Kate Nicholls, chief executive, UKHospitality has warned.
