Shares in Global Brands, which owns the Domino’s Pizza franchise rights in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein, were halted at 29p yesterday.
The company’s non-executive directors including Simon Bentley – who is also acting chairman of Mike Ashley’s Sports Direct – have suspended Global Brands’ chairman Yair Hasson and chief executive Amir Hasson, “pending an investigation into the day-to-day management of the company”.
