Pret’s UK managing director Clare Clough will join a number of leading operators at MCA’s annual Food to Go Conference next Tuesday (23 March).
Winner of Best Use of Technology at MCA’s Retailer’s Retailer Awards last week, for its coffee subscription service, Pret has grown from its high street roots into a multichannel operator in order to better serve its customers.
Clough will speak about the brand’s rapid evolution and how the past 12 months have seen a sharper focus on digital.
Taking place next Tuesday, the conference will also feature interviews with Roger Whiteside, chief executive, Jason Clark, chief operations officer, McDonald’s UK & Ireland, Shereen Ritchie, managing director, Leon UK, and Richard Morris, managing director, Tortilla.
The programme will be streamed online from 9.30am and promises to be a must-attend event for senior operators, suppliers and investors.
In addition to interview with some of the leading operators in the food to go sector, there will be insight sessions from Lumina Intelligence, marketing and data specialists CACI and Allegra Group. While the hot topics of Finance and property will be discussed during two separate panel sessions.
