Senior management at Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland shared £5.2m after selling shares granted to them as part of a long-term incentive plan from 2007. Chris Moore, chief executive, Lee Ginsberg, chief financial officer and Gareth Franks sold the combined 1,112,686 shares for 470p each. The company also revealed that Nigel Wray, a non-executive director of the group, topsliced his stake in the company from 12.6% to 1.35%, making £9.4m in the process.
