Pizza Hut UK acquires 64 restaurants in pre-pack deal

Pizza Hut has acquired 64 dine-in restaurant sites out of administration, with 68 restaurants and 11 delivery sites to close. More than 1,200 employees will transfer to the new Yum! equity business, while 1,210 jobs will be lost
