Famously Proper, the operator of Byron, is rolling out its second brand, Mother Clucker, across the better burger brand’s estate.
The fried chicken brand be available from 18 locations England and Scotland from tomorrow and be available to order via Deliveroo.
The group said it was encouraged with the move by the fact London restaurants sold an extra 900,000 meals a week via delivery apps during 2020/2021.
As well as delivery brands, Famously Proper intends in investing in bricks and mortar openings, with a flagship site for Mother Clucker coming in early 2022.
Gavin Cox, CEO said: “We are extremely excited to be taking this cult favourite, street food chicken brand from one location in London’s Truman’s Brewery, to over 18 nationwide destinations. We have very ambitious expansion plans for Mother Clucker. This will be one of the biggest roll outs of a brand within one day and we look forward to expanding rapidly, in the coming months!”
