Just Eat, the online food delivery company, has appointed Alistair Cox as an independent non-executive director with effect from 2 May 2017.
Cox is chief executive of recruitment specialist Hays plc.
He has previously served as a non-executive director of 3i Group, the leading international investment company, and as chief executive of Xansa plc, the technology and outsourcing group.
He holds a first class honours degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Salford University, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
