We are Turnips, one of London’s premier retailers of quality fruits, vegetables and specialist foods, plans to open its first standalone site in Greenwich Market.
The business, which was set up 15 years ago by Fred and Caroline Foster, will open a sandwich bar & cafe showcasing the “finest quality ingredients sourced directly from our outlets”.
The group currently has operations in Borough Market and the Real Food Market on Southbank.
It supplies fresh produce to a number of high-profile chef, including Jamie Oliver.
