Tossed, the healthy food to go concept, has opened its latest site in London and lined up a further opening in the City.
The 22-strong company has opened near Mansion House at 1 Queenhithe, Upper Thames Street.
At the same time, the group, which raised £1.27m in a crowdfunding campaign last year with the aim of growing its estate, has also secured a unit in Coleman Street in the City for an opening this spring.
It now operates 12 standalone sites in central London, four shopping centre sites and has six outlets at Welcome Break motorway service stations.
