Tortilla, the Quilvest-backed fast-casual concept, has made its international debut in Dubai.
The 29-strong group, which is led by Richard Morris, opened yesterday at Dubai Festival City, in the food court on the scheme’s second floor.
The opening is set to be the first of a number of sites the group will look to open in the Middle East after it signed a partnership deal with operating platform Eathos last May.
The company opened its latest site this year at Glasgow Silverburn, with further sites in Kingston upon Thames and Newcastle set to open later in the year.
Morris expects to open 10 new Tortilla stores this year in total.
