Nusu, the Swiss healthy food and drink concept, which secured its first site in the UK last year, has closed.
The company, which was led in the UK by former Pret A Manger financial analyst Marc Bates, is believed to have closed the site at 30-33 The Minories after investment in the concept and its subsequent roll out plans here were pulled.
Bates had told M&C Report that the concept, which offered a variety of seasonal products from salads and curries to sandwiches and soups, was initially targeting opening eight sites in the capital over the next the years.
Nusu was launched in Switzerland by Simon Nufer.
