Sourced, a food market concept, is to launch its first permanent site at London’s St Pancras train station in September.
The daily market will offer seasonal produce including freshly baked breads and pastries, a deli offering ready made salads, pasta and cooked dishes, as well as cheeses, meat, fish and fruit and vegetables.
Consumers will also be able to buy wines and beers from the stalls located opposite Starbucks to take home or to drink on site by the glass.
Sourced was created by business partners Ben O’Brien and Tim Harvey to bring quality food to events such as Lovebox and The Big Chill.
