That would have been last week at Chotto Matte in London’s Soho district - loved the blend of Japanese and South American flavours

Was lucky enough to try the taster menu over lunch at HKK in London’s Worship Street earlier this year - food and service was second to none.
What is your main concern for the sector?
Without a doubt rents and premiums!
Which other business (any sector) would you most like to run and why?
When I grow up I want to run an independent coffee shop on a quiet street somewhere that roasts its own coffee!
