A vast majority of operators (95%) are encouraged with reports that the government will drop its one-metre plus social distancing requirement in hospitality, Lumina Intelligence’s Hospitality Leaders Poll reveals.

However nearly nine in ten respondents (87%) have concerns about possible residual restrictions, such as masks, dividers, and one-way systems.

Over three-quarter of those surveyed (76%) are happy with their property portfolio in terms of location and their property strategy.

Nearly four in five of those who responded to this survey (79%) are confident about the future of their business, up five percetnage points on last week.
