Mindful Chef, the health-focused food box company, has successfully raised £2m through a crowdfunding campaign.
The Crowdcube campaign was fully funded from 680 backers in 11 days.
The group’s mission is to continue to own the premium and healthy end of the recipe box market via increased marketing activity and the development of new technology.
The concept is backed by sports stars including Victoria Pendleton CBE, Sir Andy Murray and Will Greenwood MBE.
