Individual Restaurants has launched a new loyalty app, Club IR.
The Piccolino and Riva Blu operator promises “real rewards”, including exclusive access to VIP events such as parties, sporting events, tasting and culinary trips.
The membership scheme has three tiers, club, black and diamond.
Club members get access to exclusive deals and offers, including 50% off a la carte in January, a free birthday drink, 50% off wine every Wednesday, 15% off dining Monday & Tuesday and personalised members-only offers.
Black Card members enjoy the best of Club with a bottle of prosecco on their birthday, complimentary tea and coffee, invites to international adventures, tickets to exclusive sporting events, private dining benefits, steak and wine experiences and mixology and perfumery masterclasses.
Diamond members can get priority booking through My Concierge, a bottle of champagne on their birthday, adventures to Italian vineyards, box seats at Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium and Old Trafford, and sommelier at home experiences.
The scheme is currently available on the Apple store but not yet on Android.
