A restaurant booking platform for breakfast and brunch has been launched.

BookaBreakfast aims to capitalise on the £13bn breakfast out-of-home spend, making it the fastest growing day-part in the eating-out market.

The platform will also showcase trends, inspiration, choice of places and exclusive offers, with a longer term plan to make BookaBreakfast a breakfast lifestyle brand, incorporating products and at-home experiences.

The hub is the brainchild of Janie Lebeau, who also founded Capital Centric, a restaurant sourcing and booking company for the tour operators.
