Vianet, the beer flow monitoring and data management company, has announced the appointment of Mike McGoun as non-executive director from 1 February.
He is non-executive chairman of Peakdale Molecular Limited and a non-executive director of AIM-listed Advanced Computer Software Group plc and Instem plc. McGoun was previously non-executive chairman of Tikit Group plc, a provider of software to law firms in the UK, until its acquisition by British Telecom in November 2012.
