Tennent’s managing director Alastair Campbell has left the brewer after just over a year after a reorganisation of the business.

Andrea Pozzi, who has been with Tennent’s owner the C&C Group since 2010 as group operations director, international managing director (EMEA) and currently managing director of C&C brands, will take over as managing director across GB covering both the Tennent’s and C&C brands business units.

The combining of the managing director roles for Tennent’s and C&C Brands follows the integration of the respective finance and marketing functions over the last year.

Andrea said: “I’m proud to take on the role of Managing Director at Tennent’s – a true Scottish icon since 1556.

“We’ve put in place a strong management team and a passionate and committed workforce across the Tennent’s business and I look forward to working with everyone to deliver our vision of being the foremost brewer and wholesaler serving the licensed trade in Scotland.”

The new management team in Scotland comprises Ewan Robertson as finance director, Paul Condron as marketing director, Alan Hay as on trade sales director and John Gilligan as business development director.
