Former Enterprise Inns commercial director Ed Cottrell has joined William Grant & Sons, the family-owned Scottish distiller, as managing director of its global travel retail arm.
Cottrell left Enterprise at the start of last year after three years with the company.
He joined the tenanted pub operator in April 2012 after 10 years at Diageo.
Cottrell, who will be based in Singapore in his new role, has been consulting business in the sector over the last year and a half, including William Grant.
