Britvic has proposed the closure of its Norwich manufacturing site.
The group said that in the event of closure, production would move to its sites in East London, Leeds and Rugby.
The Norwich facility would close at the end of 2019 under the plans.
Britvic has 242 employees on site that are affected by this decision.
The group said it remained committed to its three-year business capability programme, launched in November 2015, to invest a net £240m of capital into its UK manufacturing operations.
