BrewDog is to expand its distilling business, which currently comes under its Lone Wolf brand.
The Scottish brewer and pub operator this week announced the launch of BrewDog Distilling Co, which will encompass Lone Wolf’s gin and vodka products but also introduce new products. These will include Zealot’s Heart Gin, Rogue Wave Vodka, and The Boilermaker Series, which will be a collaboration with three spirit-makers from the UK and Europe to produce three limited-edition whiskies designed to be paired with BrewDog beer.
The company said: “We are bringing all of our work and knowledge to a head under one roof – as we do with the distilling process at the heart of it all. And the focus of our new spirits company? Quality. Quality. Quality. Making amazing hand crafted spirits that we love.”
It added: “In the near future, The BrewDog Distilling Co will bring you authentic spiced rum, plus we will reclaim scotch for people who believe (like us) that whisky isn’t made to gather dust.”
