Brakes, a leading supplier of meals to UK restaurants and pubs, has appointed Philip Jansen as chief executive.
Jansen will join the board in February 2010 from his role as group chief operating officer and UK and Ireland chief executive of rival Sodexo. He will replace Frank McKay following his retirement.
