Yo! Sushi, the Vanessa Hall-led brand, has unveiled its Spring menu.
The new offerings include seabass ceviche and an extended range of Japanese craft beer.
The company says its Spring menu will be one of the few in the UK to offer Albacore Tuna – black pepper seared white tuna sprinkled with Japanese 7 pepper shichimi.
Seaweed features heavily in the new line-up and Miso Dumpling and Beef Curry are added to the ramen offering.
The Kagua Craft Rouge and Kagua Craft White have been added to the beer menu while new ‘super fruit’ drinks include Yuzu and Pear fruit juice as well as Japan’s most popular soft drink, Ramune Soda.
Other dishes new to the menu include Sunomono Salad and Yuzu Cured Salmon Salad.
